As described below (man I wish I had read the reviews first) it only works with the original diaper dekor - not the Diaper Dekor +. Ended up sending them back, took weeks to get a partial refund. For the recoord, we love our DD+, and this was our first disappointment in 4 years (and 2 kids) with our 2 units.

These inserts are just as good as the old kind. I was really reluctant to buy them after they were so poorly reviewed. Maybe I have had more success because if it's a #2 diaper, I dump what I can into the toilet before the diaper goes into the pail... Don't throw away your diaper dekor! I think these are fine.

These biodegradable bags don't hold in odor like the old ones. I used to walk in my daughter's nursery and not smell a thing. Since using these bags her nursery smells. I'm disappointed and hope that I can find the old ones AND hope they are not an arm and a leg.
